This application is exclusively designed for Funeral Directors and Death Care Professionals, facilitating the process of ordering Life Print Memorial Keepsake jewelry from Crescent Memorial.

The app enables users to capture various types of prints—human (finger, toe, hand, or foot), animal (paw or nose), or handwriting—via their smartphone camera or a Bluetooth-enabled scanner. Additionally, it allows users to upload previously saved prints stored as photos on their devices, providing flexibility for instances when Wi-Fi is unavailable.

To begin using the app, a Funeral Home must first complete an enrollment process. Upon approval, each establishment receives a unique Funeral Home ID, which remains linked to that specific location. Subsequent users at the facility are required to register using the same Funeral Home ID. This ID consists of a unique combination of four alphanumeric characters.

When a high-quality print is submitted along with relevant family information, it receives a unique Family ID, also comprised of four alphanumeric characters. Each print is further assigned a Print ID that contains three distinct characters, specifying additional details about the print, such as whether it is from the left or right hand and which finger was used. Consequently, every entry in the database has a unique identifier (e.g., AB12CD23999).

All submitted prints are automatically assigned their unique identifiers and stored in the database. Additionally, an email containing the print and all associated information can be sent to any designated contacts as specified by the user.
